Roof Certfication Inspection Services
In order to renew or issue a new homeowner policy, some insurance companies (Citizens Property Insurance Corporation) require a Roof Certification Report.
This report covers the age, life expectancy and condition of the roofing materials, along with recommendations for necessary repairs.
To be eligible for coverage, the following roofs must be replaced:
Asphalt, Fiberglass, Architectural Dimensional Shingle, Wood Shake Shingle, Tar and Gravel Roofing, if they are over 25 years old
Tile, Slate, Clay, Concrete, or Metal Roofing, if they are over 50 years old
Metal Roofing and Manufactured Homes, if they are over 50 years old
